Message from the Captain:
Hello!!! I would like to request the next few
minutes of your time to explain the Who, What, Where, and When of the
Tigermet Fish Guide Service. My name is Lanny Phillips and my wife’s
name is Nanette. We have four boys, one is still at home. I retired as a
Battalion Chief of the Odessa Fire Department April 2, 2002. April 10,
2002 I arrived in Aransas Pass for the Coast Guard class to obtain a
Professional Fishing Guide Certificate. On May 18, 2002, I received my
Master’s License and presently Guide out of Rockport, Texas. Before I
was a Firefighter, I played professional baseball for six years with the
Boston Red Sox Organization and the Milwaukee Brewers Organization. I
well understood what it meant “you must learn how to market from stem to
stern”.
